This precisely blanked nickel silver & brass blank is part of a key to security lock. It is designed to withstand significant manual twist force to sustain years of life cycle without any deformation to give user accesses to desired pathway. It goes further to multi axis machining process.

Produced from 60/40 brass and 70/30 nickel silver, it is formed on a 150 TON SEW progressive tooling press. All of the tooling was designed at SERVICE SYNDICATE including all of the shaped and assembled die work. The coining outline and logo embossing is critical to quality and achieved by designing special pneumatic heavy-duty feeder line. It has a near perfect burr free cosmetic finish and flatness.

The estimated annual usage of this product is 18,000,000 units.
